Setup
Everything is configured from the dashboard, and the bot applies it live. This page walks you through the two things every server sets up first.
Step 1 — Permissions
Open the dashboard and pick your server.
Sign in with Discord and select the server you want to configure.
Open the Permissions section.
Permissions decide which roles can use which parts of GatorSys.
Select your staff and admin roles.
Choose the roles that map to staff and admin access. You can search inside the role dropdown.
Step 2 — Modules
Open the section for the module you want.
GatorSys is modular — each system can be turned on independently.
Toggle the module on.
Use the toggle at the top of the section. Anything you leave off stays hidden from members.
That's the basics. From here, open any module and configure it — start with Tickets or AI support.
