Permissions
Permissions in GatorSys are driven by Discord roles. You designate which roles count as staff and which count as admins, and that decides who can use which commands and dashboard sections.
Setup permissions

Open the dashboard and pick your server.

Open the Permissions section.
This is where you map Discord roles to GatorSys access levels.

Select your staff and admin roles.
Pick the roles that fit each description. You can search inside the dropdown if a role doesn't appear right away.
Anyone with Discord's Manage Server permission always has full dashboard access. Server admins and members with department permissions can additionally see and act on all linked departments.
